When purchasing from ADINE UNDONE, you automatically accept our return policy below. And once your purchase has been paid for we cannot refund payments.

Our pieces are MADE TO ORDER and require the allotted production time outlined on our product pages.

ADINE UNDONE has the right to refuse any return merchandise within reason.

We understand that purchasing online can be challenging. We provide a sizing chart for reference that can be used as a guideline for measurements. This of course can sometimes vary in styles depending on cut, design and fabrication. If you should require any assistance with your decision on sizing, styles or order placement, please contact our customer care service at [email protected]

 

ONLINE RETURN:

Please read through our terms and conditions to verify if you are eligible to apply for a return of purchase, before applying.  Once the garment has been received by the customer they have seven days {7 days} to apply for a return adhering to the conditions below:

When ADINE UNDONE accepts your return, you will receive instruction details of how to return the garment.

Faulty garments can be returned for exchange of the same item on our online store. All shipping costs are handled by the customer.

No REFUNDS / EXCHANGES are given on garments that have shrunk. FOLLOW THE WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY to avoid shrinkage problems.

No cash refunds are applicable

PLEASE NOTE

It is imperative that no return is to be sent at customer’s own discretion, your request and approval requires authorisation before sending.

Please note that only returns that have been authorized by ADINE UNDONE will be accepted.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment and duties (both directions) are handled by the customer – except on faulty items.

We are not held responsible for products lost in transit.

There is a seven (7) day policy of returns for faulty items.

We do not accept any returns requests on sale items. All sales are final, no exceptions.

We ask that after your garment has been received, please allow 5-7 working days for quality control and approval.
